We believe in the promotion of conservation projects driven by rainforest communities.

We champion ‘commercial conservation’ by making the planet’s wild places more valuable intact and alive than through human resource extraction (such as logging and conversion to farmland).

We aim to achieve this through the development and promotion of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs).

How We Differ

The effectiveness of conservation projects will always be limited unless we restructure the system (say goodbye to empty £3 monthly donations!)

We aim to enable life scientists to get into paid fieldwork at a younger age, placing less emphasis on office-based work and saying no to the exploitative volunteer system, all whilst ensuring that the indigenes of our host communities benefit financially from our projects.

They must be financially incentivised to become the true wardens of the forests.

By striving forward with the support and contributions of local communities, we believe we can bring about a more effective era of rainforest conservation.
